It’s been my experience that most students have heard about Twitter–and might even have an account–but they don’t really “get it.” They don’t understand its purpose and how it can be a great resource.

Today, we’ll try to figure that out. You will need this Google Doc to walk you through today’s activities.

The purpose in all of this? You’re going to be doing some reading and research (both in class and out of class) in preparation for your last assessment: a podcast about your area of interest. More on that next week.
